Shop order policy
This policy applies to measurement reports and estimate services purchased through the Fusion Claims Consultants Shop. The product page and checkout show the service and price for each order.
Order information and delivery
Please provide complete and accurate information needed for your order. Delivery is 1 to 48 hours after the order is submitted and the information needed to complete it is received.
Final sales and refunds
All purchases are final. If Fusion Claims Consultants is unable to fulfill an order, Fusion will refund the amount paid for that unfulfilled order. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Revision requests
Send revision requests to measurements@fusionclaims.com. Include your order number and describe the requested revision so Fusion can review it.
Use of reports and estimates
Shop deliverables are prepared for contractor estimating and project documentation. They are not legal advice, policy interpretation, coverage determinations, or a guarantee of insurance approval or payment. Customers are responsible for reviewing deliverables and deciding how to use them.
