These Terms apply to orders placed through the Fusion Claims Consultants, LLC Shop at fusiontpa.com. The product description and checkout details identify the service, price, and information requested for each order. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms for that order.
1. Shop services and orders
The Shop currently offers roof measurement reports and residential estimates. Please provide complete and accurate project information and any requested files. The order is placed when checkout confirms it. If information needed to complete an order is missing or unclear, Fusion may contact you for clarification.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. The checkout total, including any applicable taxes and discounts, is the amount due before you submit payment. Payment is handled through the payment option shown at checkout. Do not send payment card details by email or through the contact form.
3. Delivery
Delivery is 1 to 48 hours after the order is submitted and Fusion has received the information needed to complete it. Delivery is electronic.
4. Final sales, refunds, and revisions
All purchases are final. If Fusion is unable to fulfill an order, Fusion will refund the amount paid for that unfulfilled order. See the Refund and Returns Policy for the order-specific terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Send revision requests to measurements@fusionclaims.com. Include your order number and describe the requested revision. Fusion will review the request in relation to the service ordered and respond.
5. Use and limits of deliverables
Measurement reports and estimates support contractor estimating and project documentation. Customers are responsible for reviewing the deliverables and verifying information as appropriate for their project. Shop services do not provide legal advice, interpret insurance policies, determine coverage, represent homeowners, negotiate settlements, or guarantee insurer acceptance or payment.
6. Third-party services and privacy
Checkout, spam protection, analytics, and other site functions may use third-party services. Their handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive claim, homeowner, or payment information through general inquiry forms.
